Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you cancel more than 7 days before your session, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel less than 7 days before your session, no refund is available.

Rescheduling to another date is possible subject to availability. Please contact us at info@insketch.art to arrange this.

InSketch reserves the right to cancel a session due to insufficient attendance or organisational reasons. In this case, a full refund will be issued.

Stornierung und Rückerstattung

Bei Stornierung mehr als 7 Tage vor dem Sessiontermin wird der volle Betrag erstattet.

Bei Stornierung weniger als 7 Tage vor dem Sessiontermin ist keine Rückerstattung möglich.

Umbuchungen auf einen anderen Termin sind nach Verfügbarkeit und nach Absprache möglich. Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns unter info@insketch.art.

InSketch behält sich vor, Sessions bei zu geringer Teilnehmerzahl oder aus organisatorischen Gründen abzusagen. In diesem Fall wird der volle Betrag erstattet.
